RateCard Health collects the rate cards of healthcare trade publications, association e-newsletters and journals — circulation, open rates, ad units, prices and derived CPM — so you can plan and benchmark a media buy in minutes, not days of PDF hunting.
Brand marketers at med device, pharma, health IT and services companies — and the agency planners who build their media plans.
Real list prices from publishers' own media kits, in the original currency, with member vs. non-member tiers and frequency basis spelled out.
One schema across nursing, dental, pharmacy, lab, hospital operations, health IT and more. Derived CPM where the math is possible — and clearly flagged when it's an estimate.
Every row links to the media kit it came from and the date we checked it, so you can verify before you sign an insertion order.
State and specialty association newsletters reach tightly defined clinical audiences — sterile processing, nurse anesthetists, independent pharmacists, EVS leaders.
Download as CSV (opens in Excel or Google Sheets), then filter, pivot and paste into your media plan.
Priced for in-house teams and small agencies, with a simple self-serve checkout and no sales negotiation.
Ten real rows from the sample. Prices and CPMs are partially blurred here — they are unblurred in the free sample download and the full database.

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Occasional emails when new publications are added to the database. No spam.
Only from media kits, rate cards and advertising pages that publishers and associations publish openly on their own websites. Every row links to its source document and the date it was checked.
Each row carries the rate-card year stated by the publisher (most are 2026; a few are 2025 or 2025–26 kits) plus our check date. Rates change — always confirm with the publisher before booking.
We only compute CPM when the publisher states both a list size and what the price covers (one issue, a month of sends, etc.). When a figure is a membership count rather than a list size, or the basis is ambiguous, we leave it blank or flag it as an estimate. We never invent numbers.
Where they publish rates publicly, yes. Many large commercial trade publishers only share rates on request, so coverage today is strongest for associations, societies and independent newsletters.
No. We link to each publisher's general advertising or contact page — no personal names or email addresses.
Yes. The plan is an annual subscription; you can turn off renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid year. If you're not satisfied, email support@ratecardhealth.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
